Director, Digital Marketing - Cleveland

We have an immediate opportunity in our Cleveland office for an Interactive Marketing professional to join the Digital Communications team as program Director.  

Fleishman-Hillard Digital specializes in developing strategic interactive and online communications programs for our clients. We represent Fortune 100 companies, large non-profit organizations, and major government agencies. We integrate online with offline communications to provide seamless management of brand communications and reputation across all channels and with all relevant stakeholders. Primary Duties: This role focuses on developing compelling interactive strategies and managing key client projects from ideation to implementation. The Director/Managing Supervisor will have a role in setting strategy for client projects, preparing planning materials and then overseeing the implementation of those plans. At the same time the candidate will manage communications with internal and external clients and project teams.   

Secondary Duties: Integrate interactive projects with other client activities. Support online outreach and marketing teams where experience warrants. 

Qualifications:

• 5-7 years experience managing interactive and online projects within a marketing or communications environment, with experience tying business or organizational strategy to online initiatives
• Expertise in at least one of these areas: online marketing, search engine optimization, Web writing, online research and measurement, or online public relations/ blogs/ outreach 
• Demonstrated knowledge of Web site production and content management
• Excellent written and verbal communications, and strong presentation abilities
• Ability to work well in a team and juggle multiple projects.
• Prior agency experience is required.
