Hi! I am a recruiter with Monsanto (www.monsanto.com), an international agriculture and biotech company headquartered in Saint Louis, MO. By creating this recruiting blog, I would like to chat with marketing and communications pros, post current positions, network with qualified candidates as well as to share my views on recruiting, interviewing, and attracting top talent!!
Prior to joining Monsanto, I was a PR recruiter with Fleishman-Hillard and focused mostly on marketing, public affairs, digital, sports, sustainability, creative, research, and tech communications positions. Before joining FH, I was a recruiting consultant with Hewitt Associates and worked primarily on the Bank of America, BP, and Thomson Corporation account teams. Throughout the years, I’ve learned some really interesting sourcing and database mining tricks that I would love to share in my future posts!
